Very exciting times for the CloudBack team. Starting in April 2011 we are in a limited Beta release. Most of our efforts thus far has been geared towards getting to this phase. Now we move into getting out first customers and strategic partners to join us and provide their feedback to us. This will allow us to continue improving our services and more importantly receive the much awaited VoC that we have waiting for.

Our initial focus is in two geographic areas (1) Greater Philly area and (2) Buffalo and WNY and the Niagara region.

CloudPoints is our way to say thanks to all users who participate on CloudBack. Any interaction that a user has on CloudBack is rewarded by the CloudBack team by awarding the user with CloudPoints.

So what is CloudBack?

We have been working relentlessly to unveil our passion and vision to the world. CloudBack is a web 2.0 portal that connects the wisdom of the consumers (the cloud) to various businesses. Leveraging concepts from CrowdSourcing and Social Networking, we enable collaboration and foster innovation in an easy to use, low cost medium.

Our Primary Service is around FeedBack, both solicited and unsolicited. We enable this exchange of feedback on CloudBack.

Unsolicited feedback is when consumers rave, rant or comment about businesses, which we can collect and share with our member companies. AND, solicited feedback is when companies engage consumers or users from anywhere in the world to provide solutions for New Product Development, Placement Strategies, Market Research, B2B Collaboration, etc.
